Message from the President
Since the Board of Director’s decision to reorganize the Liberty Star management team, my first order of business has been to reduce the company’s operating costs. I am pleased to inform you that, along with the help of our dedicated staff, I have been able to cut nearly $8,000 in immediately recurring monthly expenses, with many additional savings opportunities waiting to be exploited. These reductions are a good start toward the goal of stabilizing Liberty Star’s financial condition.
The Board and entire management team remain encouraged about Liberty Star’s future. We continue discussions, under appropriate conditions of confidentiality, with several funding sources and potential venture partners to further explore and develop our primary target at Hay Mountain.
In the meantime, myself and the Board have come together to continue to fund our financial obligations as we finalize planning for the next financing phase. We are enthusiastic about the opportunities ahead and continue pulling together our available personal resources to fund operations.
As I have said before, and reiterate again here, our primary driving goal is to build shareholder value.
